On 18 may 2018, Ministerial Decree No. 215 of May 19, 2017, which transposes European Directive 2014/47 / EU, came into force.
The Decree establishes minimum requirements for roadside technical checks on commercial vehicles currency in circulation in the European Union.
The most significant novelty is the control and the evaluation of load securing for all types of goods according to specific technical standards.
